We are pleased to announce the Kingsbridge Teacher Training centre will reopen on Thursday 3rd September, after risk assessing our courses and implementing the necessary measures in line with Government recommendations.
Our primary focus remains on the safety of our delegates and staff; therefore, we have upgraded our centre and changed some of the way in which we will deliver training to prevent spread of COVID-19.
New safety measures implemented at Kingsbridge include:

Access to and from our training facility – A queuing system has been implemented outside the training centre with 2 metre distances marked. – Course start times maybe staggered or grouped in phases to minimise large gatherings in the mornings. – A sanitiser station has been installed at the training centre entrance. |

Registration process – One person be sign in at a time. Antibacterial wipes available and barcodes will be made available to make use of quick scan zero contact. |

Moving around Kingsbridge and Community First – 2 metre distances marked on floors. – An increased cleaning regime throughout the building has been implemented. |

Classrooms and training areas – Reduced course delegate numbers to ensure social distancing can be maintained – Classrooms have been re-arranged to allow safe social distancing. – Kingsbridge facilitators an staff will closely manage entry and exit to and from classrooms and training rooms. |

Break out area – A new self-contained break out area has been created – Sanitiser station has been installed. – Lunch and break times are staggered to minimise traffic in the canteen at any one time. – An increased cleaning regime has been implemented. |
