At Kingsbridge EIP SCITT we have a very simple ambition: to develop and produce outstanding teachers.
Over the course of our long history we have been privileged to have helped thousands of graduates to realise their dream of pursuing a career in the classroom and gaining qualified teacher status.
Teaching is a demanding profession. It involves a commitment to achieving the very best outcomes for the children and young people in your care. For this reason, there can be few more rewarding life choices.

We have an excellent track record and have been recognised by Ofsted as an 'Good' provider of teacher training. We are also proud to say that, we have exceptional employment rates and our trainees have gone on to get jobs in the teaching profession.
Above all, our trainees tell us that they enjoy their time with us. They love the fact that they are based within a school from the moment they start with us and really appreciate being treated as valued members of the school’s team. At the end of their training, our Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) leave us equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience they need to go on to enjoy a fantastic career in teaching.
